- Prepare Master Packing Cards, Specifications, and Standard Testing Procedures (STPs) for packaging materials used for commercial products.
- Create current packaging material codes and finished goods codes, and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) loading in SAP.
- Handle artwork, print proof, and shade card approvals.
- Coordinate with inter-departments and cross-functional teams (Regulatory Affairs (RA), Business Development (BD), Production, Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), Purchase, Drug Product Control (DPC), and Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC)) to ensure timely project delivery.
- Manage change control and related activities for revisions based on evolving requirements.
