Role Description The Research Assistant role at OmniChain is a full time, in office position based in Vijayawada West.

The Research

Assistant will support project teams by conducting literature reviews, gathering and organizing data, and assisting in the design and implementation of research studies. Daily responsibilities include preparing research materials, maintaining accurate records, performing basic data analysis, and contributing to the documentation and reporting of findings. The role may involve coordination with internal stakeholders, assisting in laboratory or testing workflows where applicable, and ensuring adherence to established research protocols and quality standards.

Assistant will also help improve research processes,



contribute ideas to project discussions, and support the preparation of presentations or reports.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis abilities to interpret results and support evidence-based conclusions.
- Candidates should possess solid Research skills, including literature review, data collection, and documentation of methods and findings.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members and present information clearly in written and verbal formats.
- Candidates should possess relevant Laboratory Skills, such as following protocols, handling samples or equipment safely, and maintaining accurate records, where applicable.
- Candidates should ideally have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., science, engineering, data science, social science) or equivalent practical experience.
- Candidates should be detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks, and comfortable working in a structured, on-site environment.
- Familiarity with basic statistical tools or software, and proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations), is beneficial.
- Prior experience in a research or data-focused role, internship, or academic project is an advantage but not strictly required.
