Key Activities & Responsibilities:

- Payment Collection Client: Call, email and follow up to collect installation payments; Visit client meetings and clear bills; Check every project report and keep records in excel sheet.

- Project Planning & Design: Develop comprehensive project plans; Oversee design and planning; Work closely with architects and engineers.

- Team Leadership & Management: Lead project teams; Assign tasks and monitor progress; Foster a high-performing setting.

- Coordination & Communication: Act as primary point of contact for internal departments (finance, procurement, legal); Manage stakeholder relationships.

- Budget & Resource Management: Manage project budgets and monitor expenditures.

- Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

- Risk Management: Identify risks and implement contingency plans.

- Documentation & Reporting:



Maintain contracts, schedules, and progress reports

Requirements

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Engineering or a related field.

Experience: Proven 1+ years of work experience in project coordination within the MEP or HVAC industry.

Required Skills and Capabilities:

- PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.

- Strong understanding of electrical and electronic systems for BMS (Building Management System).

- Proven experience in managing large-scale projects.

- Expert in MS Office.

- Proficiency in project management software.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Problem-solving skills.
