Role and Key Responsibilities:

- Source and screen candidates through job portals and other channels
- Conduct initial HR screenings and schedule interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
- Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
- Support offer rollout and onboarding activities
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Key Skills and knowledge:

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (2025/2026 Pass-outs)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition




- Basic knowledge of HR processes and hiring lifecycles
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valuable analytical and coordination skills

Educational Qualification:

MBAHR Freshers Graduate
