- Handle inbound helpline calls and make outbound customer/partner calls
- Respond to WhatsApp chats and emails in a timely manner
- Effectively communicate with customers and partners to provide assistance
- Utilize selling skills to promote relevant offerings
Job Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–2 years of customer support or sales experience
- Proficient in English and regional language communication
- Positive typing speed and comfort using desktop/laptop systems
