- Handle inbound calls from partners and outbound calls to customers and partners.
- Manage WhatsApp chats and respond to customer queries via email.
- Demonstrate effective selling skills while resolving queries.
- Maintain timely and professional communication in both Hindi and English.
Job Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in a voice/blended process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Valuable typing speed on desktop/laptop.
- Willingness to work in flexible shifts.
