Role Description The Representative role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. In this role, the Representative engages with learners and prospective candidates to explain Emertxe’s programs, admission processes, and career outcomes, providing accurate information and guidance. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions, coordinating with academic and placement teams, and supporting enrollment activities and events.
The Representative also maintains records of interactions, follows up with prospects, and contributes to outreach initiatives that strengthen relationships with students, partners, and corporate clients. The position requires a proactive, service-oriented approach to ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clearly and professionally with learners, families, and corporate partners.
Customer service and relationship management skills to handle inquiries, provide guidance, and support candidates throughout the enrollment journey.
Organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
Basic proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software) and comfort with digital communication platforms.
Prior experience in education, training, counselling, or front-office roles is an advantage; familiarity with technology or engineering domains is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area, with a skilled, learner-focused mindset and a commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive practices.
