Summary

Build Arab National Work & Services LLC is looking for a dedicated Remote Quantity Surveyor (MEP / Civil) to join our growing team.

This is a full-time remote position based in Muscat, Oman , supporting our estimation and tendering department. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, quotations, supplier and subcontractor pricing, and project-related documentation for commercial, residential, industrial, and fit-out projects.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, able to work independently, and committed to delivering high-quality work within project deadlines.

Responsibilities

- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) from project drawings and tender documents.
- Perform accurate quantity take-offs for tender submissions.
- Prepare technical and commercial quotations.
- Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Carry out material and labour cost analysis.
- Review tender documents, specifications, and drawings.
- Coordinate with the project team during tender preparation.
- Prepare and maintain project-related documentation and records.
- Ensure estimates and quotations are completed accurately and within the required timeframe.
- Support the continuous improvement of estimating procedures and documentation.

Additional Responsibilities – MEP Quantity Surveyor
- Prepare quantity take-offs and estimates for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works.
- Possess a good understanding of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.




- Interpret MEP drawings and specifications accurately.

Additional Responsibilities – Civil Quantity Surveyor
- Prepare quantity take-offs and estimates for civil construction works.
- Review architectural and structural drawings.
- Possess a good understanding of building construction methods and materials.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Experience in quantity surveying, estimation, or tendering is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable written and spoken English communication.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and construction estimation software is an advantage.

Employment Requirements
- Full-Time Remote Position.
- Candidates must be available to work during Oman business hours (GMT+4) .
- This is not a part-time, freelance, or project-based opportunity.

Salary & Advantages
- Monthly Salary: INR 10,000 – 12,000
- Performance Incentive: 10% of the profit from awarded projects based on your contribution to estimation and quotation preparation, subject to company policy.
