We’re looking for friendly, empathetic, and excellent communicators to join our team as Remote Customer Support & Conversation Specialists .

This is a unique customer-facing role for people who genuinely enjoy talking with others, listening carefully, and creating positive, meaningful interactions.

You’ll connect with customers through one-on-one video conversations, providing friendly conversation, attentive listening, and supportive communication in a professional and respectful environment.

What You’ll DoRemote Customer Support & Conversation Specialist – $100/hour

- Connect with customers through scheduled one-on-one video conversations.
- Create a welcoming, friendly, and comfortable customer experience.
- Listen actively and respond with empathy and understanding.
- Engage in conversations about everyday life, interests, experiences, and general topics.
- Provide encouragement and supportive conversation when customers are having a difficult day.
- Remain calm, patient, and respectful during sensitive conversations.
- Maintain appropriate professional boundaries at all times.
- Follow company guidelines for customer interaction, privacy, safety, and escalation.
- Deliver a consistently positive customer experience.

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, community support, coaching, customer success, or other people-facing roles is a plus, but not required.
