Job Purpose:To acquire recent customers for Loan Against Property (LAP), maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and source customers interested in Loan Against Property through various channels
- Open Market Go and meet coustamers directy
- Assess customer needs and explain LAP product features, benefits, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly LAP disbursal targets.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursal.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, RBI guidelines, and documentation standards.
- Regularly follow up with customers for queries, renewals, or additional funding needs.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of LAP products and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage fieldwork and independently close deals.
- Familiarity with credit underwriting processes and legal documentation.

Qualifications:

- Any Undergradute
- 1 TO 3 years of experience in LAP or secured lending preferred.
