We have immediate openings for "Relationship Officer" for our Reputed Client located in Bangalore.

VOICE SUPPORT:

- To service potential customers who are either interested in the product or are at various stages of pre- sanction/ disbursement of loan.
- To provide services to both Internal (sales, CDU, Operations, etc.) and External customers.
- To service customers who have availed of the product, in a post disbursement scenario; for the life of the product.

Basic Requirements:





- Good communication skills in English with Fluency in Hindi.
- Minimum 6 months of calling experience.
- Transport: Self transport during day time (7 am till 7 pm) & Home Pick Up / Drop during 7 pm till 7 am; Self Transport One Way allowance INR 1000 per month.
- Candidate should be willing to work in 24X7 work environment

Qualifications

B.Com/ BBM / B.Sc
