Responsibilities

- Drive insurance sales and achieve premium targets through assigned bank branches.
- Build and maintain relationships with bank staff, branch managers, and customers.
- Act as the primary insurance contact for bank branches, addressing queries and concerns.
- Conduct regular training sessions on insurance products and sales techniques for bank employees.
- Provide on-site support for lead generation and policy issuance processes.
- Assist bank customers in understanding insurance solutions and completing necessary documentation.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely service delivery for insurance-related matters.
- Adhere to IRDAI regulations and company policies, maintaining compliance at all times.
- Prepare and maintain accurate MIS reports, providing regular updates to the management team.
- Collaborate with the Bancassurance team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business,



Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in insurance sales or a similar role, preferably in a bancassurance setting.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building productive relationships.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM systems is preferred.
- Willingness to undergo training and stay updated on insurance regulations and products.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to travel to assigned bank branches as required.
