Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Relationship Manager to join our team in Srikakulam. This role involves managing and growing a portfolio of client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying current business opportunities to contribute to the company's growth in the region.

Job Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients in Srikakulam.

- Understand client needs and objectives, and proactively recommend appropriate products and services.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of service.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned client base and through referrals.

- Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Srikakulam branch.

- Prepare and present regular reports on client activity, sales performance, and market trends.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.





- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, operations) to ensure seamless client experience.

- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications**

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience (2+ years) in a client-facing role, preferably in financial services, sales, or account management.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) principles.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Results-oriented with a strong track record of achieving targets.

- Proficiency in local language (Telugu) is highly preferred.

- Familiarity with the Srikakulam market is an advantage.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
