Role Description This is a full-time, in office Relationship Manager/Relationship Officer role based in Salem. The role involves developing and managing relationships with existing and prospective customers seeking home loans, understanding their requirements, and recommending suitable loan products.

The Relationship

Manager/Relationship Officer will handle the end-to-end loan process, including lead generation, documentation support, coordination with internal teams, and follow-up until disbursal. Daily responsibilities include conducting field visits, meeting customers and channel partners, explaining loan features and eligibility, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.



The role also includes achieving sales targets, maintaining accurate records in company systems, and adhering to compliance and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong customer relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust, maintain long-term client connections, and provide consistent support.

- Candidates should possess sales and business development abilities, such as lead generation, target achievement, and effective negotiation to close home loan deals.

- Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and professional presentation in client meetings.

- Candidates should possess basic financial and analytical skills, including understanding of home loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation, and risk awareness.

- Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple cases, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines.

- Relevant experience in housing finance, banking, NBFCs, or financial services is preferred.

- Minimum educational qualification: Graduate degree in any discipline; a background in finance, business, or commerce is an advantage.

- Proficiency in local language and working knowledge of English, along with familiarity with basic computer applications and CRM tools, will be beneficial.
