Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Firozpur.

The Relationship

Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with retail and corporate customers, understanding their insurance and financial protection needs, and offering suitable PNB MetLife products. Day-to-day activities include meeting clients, explaining product features and perks, supporting policy issuance, and ensuring timely renewals and servicing.



The role involves close coordination with bank branches and internal teams to drive sales targets, manage customer queries, and resolve issues promptly.

The Relationship

Manager is expected to maintain accurate records, adhere to regulatory and company compliance standards, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

- Strong customer relationship management, client servicing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Sales and business development capabilities, including prospecting, negotiation, and achievement of targets.
- Insurance and financial product understanding, with the ability to explain protection and retirement solutions clearly.
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for working with diverse customer groups and bank partners.
- Organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail and adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field; relevant certifications in insurance or financial services are an advantage.
- Prior experience in life insurance, banking, or financial services relationship management is preferred.
- Comfort working in an on-site, branch-oriented environment in Firozpur, with readiness for regular client meetings and field activities.
