Role & responsibilities

- Generate leads through Direct sourcing for the Loan Against Property and Business Loans.

- Achieve assigned business targets and create relationships on ground to ensure steady inflow.

- Report to the Area Business Manager and manage all customer acquisition for the territory assigned.

- Responsible for completing application and supporting documentations.

- Assess local market and identify current and prospective opportunities.

- Adhering to highest ethical standards and comply with applicable regulations.

Candidate Requirement

- MBA/Graduate with atleast 1 years experience in sales

- Experience in Direct Sourcing will be preferred.

- Result oriented with a passion for achieving stretch targets
