Key Responsibilities
- Source and acquire new customers for LAP and Business Loan products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with DSAs, connectors, and channel partners.
- Generate business through self-sourcing and market references.
- Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for seamless processing.
- Ensure achievement of monthly disbursement and revenue targets.
- Maintain portfolio quality and adherence to company policies.
- Conduct regular market mapping and competitor analysis.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience in LAP, Business Loans, Mortgage Loans, SME Loans,
or secured lending products.
- Strong understanding of local markets and customer acquisition.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Graduation preferred.
