Role Description The Relationship Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Karnataka, India.

The Relationship

Manager will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring new customers for home loans and related financial products, while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Day-to-day tasks include assessing customer requirements, explaining loan products and terms, assisting with documentation, and coordinating with internal teams for timely processing and disbursal. The role involves regular follow-ups, managing customer queries and issues,



and ensuring a high standard of service throughout the loan lifecycle.

The Relationship

Manager will also work towards achieving sales targets, gathering market insights, and promoting ICICI HFC’s offerings within the local community and partner networks. Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong customer relationship management, client servicing, and stakeholder communication skills.

Candidates should possess skills in sales, cross-selling, and business development within financial services or related sectors.

Candidates should possess aptitude in financial products understanding, basic credit evaluation, and documentation review.

Candidates should possess competencies in problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution in customer-facing situations.

Candidates should possess proficiency in local language(s) of Karnataka along with valuable spoken and written English communication skills.

Relevant experience in banking, housing finance, or non-banking financial companies (NBFCs) will be beneficial.

Ability to work on-site, travel within the assigned region, and meet performance targets is required.

A bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
