Relationship Manager - Affluent-AFFLUENT-Relationship Manager As a Relationship Manager for our Affluent segment, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals. Your primary goal will be to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You will be part of a dynamic team, working closely with other departments to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Build and maintain a robust portfolio of affluent clients, ensuring their long-term satisfaction and loyalty. Conduct in-depth needs analysis for each client, offering tailored financial solutions and products. Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to provide relevant and timely advice.

Cross-sell and up-sell bank products and services, including investments, insurance, and wealth management solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and prompt resolution of client queries. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all client interactions and transactions.

Attend networking events and industry conferences to expand your professional network and represent the bank.



Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on client relationships and business performance. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures.

A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in relationship management or a similar role, preferably in the banking industry. Solid knowledge of financial products and services, including investments, insurance, and wealth management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients effectively.

Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software for client relationship management. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
