- Generate recent business and achieve premium targets through effective customer acquisition.

Lead Management

- Follow up on leads provided by the company to convert opportunities into successful sales.

Cross-Sell & Upsell

- Maximize customer value by offering additional insurance solutions tailored to their needs.

Relationship Building

- Maintain long-term relationships with customers for policy renewals and business growth.

Process Adherence

- Ensure compliance with sales processes, KYC norms, and company policies while maintaining accurate data.

Performance-Driven

- Meet and exceed defined sales and financial KPIs for success in the role.
