Qualifications:

- 4+ years of experience in the food industry with a Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management

- Results-driven, proactive, and capable of independent decision-making
- Resilient under pressure and able to meet deadlines effectively
- Knowledge of HSEQ standards with Basic Food Hygiene certification
- Financially aware and proficient in relevant operational applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptable, team-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced settings
