Reinforcement Planning &

- Execution

- Manage end-to-end reinforcement activities for high-rise residential, commercial, villa, and township projects.

- Review structural drawings and ensure accurate interpretation for site execution.

- Plan and allocate manpower, machinery, and resources to achieve project targets.

- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of reinforcement works.

- Monitor daily productivity and implement corrective measures to improve efficiency.

Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) &

- Quantity Management

- Prepare, review, and approve Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) for all project components.

- Verify steel quantities and optimize steel consumption to minimize wastage.

- Ensure timely issuance of BBS to fabrication and site execution teams.

- Track steel utilization against budgeted quantities and project estimates.

Quality Assurance &

- Compliance

- Ensure all reinforcement works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, IS Codes, and quality requirements.

- Conduct inspections before concreting and ensure closure of quality observations.

- Coordinate with QA/QC teams for audits and quality checks.





- Implement best practices in reinforcement detailing and installation.

Material Procurement &

- Inventory Management

- Coordinate with procurement teams for timely availability of reinforcement steel and accessories.

- Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimum stock at project sites.

- Ensure proper storage, handling, and reconciliation of reinforcement materials.

- Prepare and review steel consumption reports and inventory records.

Project Monitoring &

- Coordination

- Monitor progress against project schedules and milestones.

- Identify bottlenecks and proactively implement mitigation plans.

- Conduct periodic review meetings with site teams and subcontractors.

- Submit weekly and monthly progress reports to management.

Safety, Environment &

- Regulatory Compliance

- Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety standards, BSC compliance, and statutory requirements.

- Conduct safety inspections, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.

- Enforce compliance with Sobha's HSE policies across all project sites.

- Maintain protected working practices and ensure zero tolerance for safety violations.
