Role Description The Regional Vice President is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing asset and portfolio performance within an assigned region. The role includes managing relationships with operating business leaders and property managers, monitoring financial and operational metrics, and identifying opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency.

The Regional Vice

President will develop and execute regional strategies aligned with company objectives, lead forecasting and budgeting activities, and prepare reporting for senior leadership and investors. Day-to-day responsibilities also include guiding local teams,



ensuring compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements, supporting deal evaluation, and collaborating with cross-functional partners such as finance, legal, and operations.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in asset management, private equity, real estate investment, or related fields.
- Strong skills in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Proven ability to develop and implement regional growth strategies and operational improvement plans.
- Experience leading and influencing dispersed teams, with inclusive and collaborative leadership practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Comfort working in a remote environment with strong organization, time management, and self-direction.
- Understanding of risk management, regulatory considerations, and corporate governance best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related discipline; advanced degree or qualified designation (e.g., MBA, CFA) is a plus.
