Plizma Technology is looking for an experienced Regional Technical Sales Engineer to drive Industrial Water & Wastewater business across Chhattisgarh. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Industrial Project Sales, Business Development, and Technical Sales with the ability to independently develop a sales territory.

The candidate will be responsible for generating enquiries, meeting industrial customers, consultants and EPC contractors, conducting technical discussions, preparing techno-commercial proposals (with Head Office support), and converting opportunities into successful project orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new Industrial business opportunities across Chhattisgarh.
- Generate enquiries through field visits, networking and market development.
- Meet Plant Heads, Project Heads, Maintenance Heads, Purchase Teams and Management.
- Build strong relationships with Consultants, EPC Contractors and Industrial Customers.
- Understand customer requirements and conduct technical discussions.
- Coordinate with Head Office for proposal preparation and costing.
- Present techno-commercial solutions and negotiate commercial terms.
- Follow up enquiries until order conversion.
- Maintain CRM, sales pipeline and weekly activity reports.
- Collect market intelligence and identify upcoming industrial projects.
- Achieve monthly enquiry generation and sales targets.

Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, Civil or related Engineering.

Experience

- 3-8 years of experience in Industrial Technical Sales / Project Sales.
- Experience in Water Treatment, Wastewater Treatment, Industrial Equipment, EPC, Pumps, Valves, Process Equipment or Capital Equipment will be preferred.
