Role Description Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for driving regional sales growth, achieving targets, managing and developing the sales team, strengthening customer relationships, and executing sales strategies to expand market presence and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve regional sales targets and business objectives.




- Implement sales strategies and monitor market performance.
- Lead, coach, and develop ASMs and Medical Representatives.
- Conduct field visits, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Ensure product availability, prescription generation, and market expansion.
- Provide sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence.
- Monitor competitor activities and ensure regulatory compliance.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum Graduate/ Graduate BSc /Preferred MBA in marketing or Sales Management.
