We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive sales and expand market presence for milk and milk products across Maharashtra. The role focuses on distribution expansion, volume growth, and strong execution.

? Drive sales targets and revenue growth across the region

? Manage and expand distributor & dealer network

? Ensure product availability, visibility, and placement in the market

? Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights

? Lead, train, and manage the regional sales team

? Execute sales strategies and promotional campaigns effectively

? Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers & partners

? Coordinate with supply chain for smooth product flow

✅ Key Requirements

?15-18 years of experience in FMCG sales (with min 3-4 yrs exp in Dairy)

? Robust exposure to Retail market

? In-depth knowledge of Maharashtra market

? Proven track record of achieving sales targets

? ? Experience in managing large teams & distributor networks

? Strong leadership, negotiation & communication skills
