Role – Regional M a nager – U Outreach The Regional UG Outreach Manager will play a key role in driving awareness and enrolment for Plaksha University's undergraduate programs. The candidate will be responsible for implementing the outreach strategy in their assigned region, developing meaningful relationships with sch ools, counsllors, and communities, and showcasing the University's offerings to prospective stu d ents and thir f amilies.

Jb Description

- Out reach Planningand Execution:

o Develop and execute the annual outreach calendar for the assigned rgion, ensuring alignment with niversity goals.

o Plan and deliver events such as information ses s ions, meet-ups, offee chats, and presentations to engage p rospective student an d stakeholders.

- egional Engagement:

o Conduct outreach calls to connect with schools, educators, test prearation centres,



and studen t communities in targted geographic areas.

o Identify high-potential hubs and regions and organize visits tobuild awareness about

Pla k sha University and itsundergraduate pr ograms.

- Representatio and Event Coordination:

o Represent Plaksha University at externa l events such as admissios fairs, career guidance seminar s, tech fests, counsellor eets, and other platforms.

o Provide accurate and compelling inf o rmation about the Univer siy to prospective stud e nts parents, and counsellrs.

- Relationship Building:

o Cultivate strong relat ionships with school administrtors, career counsellors, and c o mmunity leaders to enhance Plasha's visibility in the region.

o Partner with stakeholder s to identify new oppor tunities or collaboration and enagement.

- Performance Tracking:

o Measure and rep or t the effective ness of all outrech campaigns and ctivities using relevant metrics.

o Provide i nsights and re c ommendations to enhnce o utreach strtegies and achieve enroment goals.

Experience and Education

- Education: Btech; a master s degree in marketing, communications, ducation, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: 4-7 years of experience in out reach, admissions, marketing, or relate field, preferably in education.

Skills

- Strong publ i c speaking and interpersonal skills, wit the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Exc ellent organizational and planning abilitis to manage mult i ple events and deadlines.
- Ability to trvel extensively within the ass i gned region.
- Proficiency in MS Office Sute and familiari ty with CRM tools is a plus.
