Key Responsibilities

- Achieve regional sales targets and business objectives.

- Lead, coach, motivate, and monitor the performance of ASMs and Medical Representatives.

- Develop and implement regional sales plans to maximize market penetration.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, distributors, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).

- Ensure effective execution of product launches, promotional campaigns, CMEs, and doctor engagement programs.

- Monitor primary and secondary sales, market trends, competitor activities, and product performance.

- Conduct regular field visits, joint working, and performance reviews with the sales team.

- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales professionals.

- Manage regional sales budgets, expenses, and reporting.

- Ensure compliance with company policies,



ethical promotion practices, and regulatory requirements.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports and present business reviews to senior management.

Experience

- 8–12 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Robust network with doctors, hospitals, and distributors in Jharkhand.

- Proven record of driving sales growth in the pharmaceutical industry.

- Ability to lead large field teams and deliver consistent business results.

- Willingness to travel throughout Jharkhand and nearby territories.

Pay: ₹16,033.65 - ₹58,280.04 per month
