KEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Customer Order Management and Execution

- CFA and warehouse management

- Secondary transportation management

- Implementation of warehouse SOPs, safety & hygiene

- IT support and coordination

- Coordination with Sales team for orders and executions

- Vendor management, vendor development

- Drive warehouse efficiencies, space utilization and MHEs efficiencies

- Responsible for warehouse and secondary cost budgets

- Warehouse automation and efficiency

- Labour productivity management

Key Deliverables

- Order Execution 95%+

- Drive efficiency metrics e.g. 95%+ transit time adherence, 97%+ DMIR etc.

- Warehouse and Secondary Cost budget adherence

- Cutting-edge solutions for cost savings in Warehousing and Secondary Transportation

- Fill Rates >90%
