Key Responsibilities

- Drive business acquisition, portfolio growth, and revenue enhancement.

- Strengthen customer/anchor/vendor/partner relationships depending on the role scope.

- Ensure compliance with credit, KYC, risk, and audit standards.

- Support customer onboarding, documentation, and relationship deepening.

- Collaborate with branches, credit, risk, operations, and product teams.

- Monitor portfolio performance, delinquency, and early warning signals.

- Enable digital adoption, process efficiency, and service quality improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant experience in MSE, Supply Chain Finance, or Banking.

- Experience in credit, sales, portfolio, or relationship roles preferred.

- Freshers/trainees/interns applicable where role requires.
