It involves promoting, marketing, and selling bonding products like industrial glues, tapes, or tile adhesives to contractors, retailers, and businesses.
- Channel Management: Appointing and managing local distributors, dealers, and retail partners.
- Market Promotion: Conducting contractor meets, mason meets, and in-shop demonstrations to build product awareness.
- Sales Execution: Generating daily orders, tracking the sales funnel, and ensuring timely collections.
- Target Achievement: Meeting regional volume and revenue goals set by the company
Preferred candidate profile :
- Candidates must have prior experience in the Tile Adhesives industry only.
- Preference should be given to candidates currently working with or having worked with reputed Tile Adhesive manufacturers/brands.
- Candidate should have solid dealer/distributor network development experience.
- Experience in channel sales, project sales and business development within the construction chemicals/building materials segment will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should be willing to travel extensively within their assigned territory.
Compensation will be commensurate with the candidates experience, industry exposure, existing portfolio, and overall performance during the selection process. There is no predefined upper limit for the right candidate.
