The Regional Business Manager will be based at Ranchi, will be responsible for managing Jharkhand, Odisha and Bihar.RBM will manage a team of 5 -6 ABMs and a team of 25-30 MRs. RBM will be responsible for target achievement,coverage,managing the distributors & stockiest, Conducting CMEs & marketing campaigns & activities, sales meetings and team mentoring ect.
The Regional Business Manager should be a strong & proven Pharma sales leader. Should have at least two(2) years of relevant experience as a 2nd line manager in a reputed Pharmaceutical Company, WITH exposure of handling large teams,volumes and large geographies. Experience in Cardio-Diabetic segment is highly preferred. Should have excellent relationship with the KOLs. Candidates should be a Graduate / B.Sc / B.Pharma /MBA. Age upto 48 yrs.
