- Manage daily operations of the branch, ensuring effective use of resources and meeting targets.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve bancassurance sales goals through effective coaching, training, and performance monitoring.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention, and cross-selling opportunities across various products such as general insurance, health insurance, life insurance etc.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high levels of service quality.
Job Requirements :
- 10-15 years' experience in branch banking or related field (bancassurance).
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets in an insurance company or similar industry.
- Strong understanding of general insurance products including health insurance, life insurance etc.
- Excellent team management skills with ability to lead teams effectively.
