Role Description The Recruitment Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based at HAIR RAP BY YOYO in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for salon and support positions, including identifying staffing needs, drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and coordinating interviews.

The Recruitment

Specialist will screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and collaborate with salon leadership to make hiring decisions that align with the brand’s standards and culture. Daily tasks include maintaining candidate pipelines, ensuring a smooth interview and onboarding experience,



and supporting training coordination for new team members. The role also involves maintaining recruitment records, building relationships with local training institutes or academies, and promoting the salon as an employer of choice in the hair and beauty industry.

Qualifications

- Recruiting and Hiring skills to manage full-cycle talent acquisition for salon and support roles.
- Interviewing and Communication skills to assess candidate fit and represent the brand professionally.
- Training and onboarding skills to support new team members in integrating into the salon workplace.
- Experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or similar roles in the beauty, hospitality, or service industry is beneficial.
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with basic HR and recruitment tools or software.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, collaborate with a creative team, and uphold high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred.
