Role Description The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes to support The Strelema’s growing teams in the Pune Division. This is a full-time, in office role based in Pune Division, focused on identifying talent needs, sourcing candidates, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.

Daily responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, maintaining candidate pipelines, conducting preliminary evaluations, and supporting selection decisions.

Specialist also coordinates onboarding activities,



maintains recruitment metrics, and ensures that hiring practices align with organizational standards, legal requirements, and diversity and inclusion principles.

Qualifications

- Experience in talent acquisition, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and basic HR documentation.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates professionally and respectfully.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple open roles and timelines.
- Understanding of fair hiring practices, equal opportunity principles, and relevant employment regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience recruiting in research, analytics, market research, or political consulting environments is an advantage.
