.? Perform advanced internet research and Boolean searches
.? Build and maintain employer relationships through professional outreach
.? Maintain CRM records and recruitment databases
.? Coordinate with recruiters to connect employers with qualified candidates
.What We're Looking For
:✔ 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR Research, or Lead Generation
.✔ Robust Internet Research and Boolean Search skills
.✔ Excellent communication and professional networking skills
.✔ Experience with LinkedIn and lead generation tools (Apollo.io, RocketReach, etc.)
.✔ Familiarity with CRM platforms
.✔ Ability to work in the Canadian Time Zone
