We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our growing delivery team, focusing on professional and non-IT recruitment for the Australian market.

You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with Australian clients and candidates to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes across a broad range of industries and professions.

- Office Timings: 4 AM – 1 PM, Monday to Friday (100% work from office)
- Office Location: Trifecta Adatto, Mahadevapura, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for permanent and contract positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK, Indeed and other sourcing channels.
- Screen and assess applications against client requirements.
- Conduct detailed telephone interviews to evaluate technical capability, communication skills and cultural fit.
- Prepare candidate profiles and present suitable shortlists to clients.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future opportunities.
- Deliver an outstanding experience for both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Essential Requirements :



You'll be someone who genuinely enjoys recruitment and takes pride in finding the right candidate rather than simply filling vacancies. You will also have:

- 4+ years of experience working with a recruitment consultancy or recruitment agency
- A proven track record in Australian recruitment is a big plus. Your understanding of the local job market will be a valuable asset.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience in using social media for recruitment (LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek, Indeed, etc.)
- Must be results-driven and passionate about connecting candidates and clients.
