Role Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruiter (0–3 years of experience) to join our team. This is a high-ownership role that demands strong sourcing skills, an eye for good talent, and a “get-it-done” attitude. You’ll be the bridge between client expectations and candidate delivery.

Key Responsibilities Understand job requirements and hiring goals by directly interacting with clients.

Build rapport and maintain robust communication with clients.

Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), GitHub, and other channels.

Screen candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.





Coordinate interviews and feedback between candidates and clients.

Maintain ATS and internal tracking systems.

Keep yourself updated with market trends, tech stacks, and industry needs. What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (tech/non-tech).

Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, and other platforms.

Good communication skills (verbal and written).

High ownership mindset: you don’t wait to be told what to do.

Curious, self-driven, and solution-oriented attitude.

Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with hiring for startups or tech companies is a bonus.
