? Identify hiring managers, recruiters, and HR professionals.

? Generate employer leads using LinkedIn, Apollo.io, RocketReach, and other research tools.

? Perform advanced internet research and Boolean searches.

? Build and maintain employer relationships through professional outreach.

? Maintain CRM records and recruitment databases.





? Coordinate with recruiters to connect employers with qualified candidates.

What We're Looking For ✔ 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR Research, or Lead Generation.

✔ Strong Internet Research and Boolean Search skills.

✔ Excellent communication and qualified networking skills.

✔ Experience with LinkedIn and lead generation tools (Apollo.io, RocketReach, etc.).

✔ Familiarity with CRM platforms.

✔ Ability to work in the Canadian Time Zone.

Preferred ⭐ Canadian Recruitment experience
