Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven BFSI Recruiter with 14 years of experience in recruiting for Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) roles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing quality candidates, coordinating interviews, and achieving hiring targets in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for BFSI positions across Banking, NBFC, Insurance, FinTech, and Financial Services.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/virtual interviews.
- Assess candidates based on technical skills, communication, experience, and role fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle until onboarding.
- Negotiate salary, release offers, and ensure successful joining.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring BFSI requirements.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases,



and hiring reports.
- Meet hiring targets and turnaround time (TAT) while maintaining quality.

Required Skills

- 1–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in BFSI hiring.
- Good understanding of Banking, NBFC, Insurance, Wealth Management, and Financial Services roles.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing and screening capabilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment tracking tools.
- Stable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in a recruitment consultancy or corporate talent acquisition team is preferred.
