Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment for all business functions.

Successfully close mid, senior, and leadership-level positions within defined timelines.

Manage, mentor, and drive the performance of the recruitment team.

Develop effective sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.

Conduct candidate screening, HR interviews, and salary negotiations.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure quality hiring.

Track recruitment KPIs such as Time-to-Hire, Offer Acceptance Ratio, and Joining Ratio.

Build a strong talent pipeline and enhance employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.

Proven track record of closing quality positions across multiple functions.

Experience in leading and managing a recruitment team.

Solid expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and salary negotiation.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Experience in BFSI, Merchant Banking, Wealth Management, or Financial Services recruitment will be preferred.
