Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive – Recruitment to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across the organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, on boarding candidates, and maintaining recruitment records. Experience in hiring and recruitment through multiple job portals will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
- Schedule and manage candidate interviews and follow-ups.
- Prepare and release offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documents.
- Complete employee on boarding and induction formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate database, and hiring MIS reports.
- Coordinate with consultants and recruitment agencies whenever required.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions as per hiring targets.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.




- Handle recruitment-related documentation and maintain confidentiality.
- Support employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives, if required.

Mandatory Skills

- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Good knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia, etc.
- Strong resume screening and interview coordination skills.
- Candidate who is having knowledge about Payroll will be additional benefit.
- Candidate who is having knowledge about compliance PF, ESIC, PT is also preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and recruitment MIS.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve hiring targets.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in Insurance, BFSI, or Sales hiring will be preferred.
- Strong negotiation and candidate management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: Best in Industry (Based on Experience & Performance)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
