Role Description The Recruitment Assistant will support the full recruitment cycle for salon staff and related roles, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for candidates and hiring managers. This full time, on-site position is based in Ahmedabad and involves posting job openings, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records. The role includes assisting with interview scheduling, preparing basic documentation, and following up with candidates on status updates.

Assistant will collaborate closely with salon management to understand staffing needs, promote the employer brand, and help onboard new team members. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve responding to candidate inquiries, supporting HR-related administrative tasks, and maintaining organized recruitment files and databases.

Qualifications

Strong hiring and interviewing skills, with the ability to assess candidate suitability for salon and support roles.

Excellent communication and customer service skills to manage candidate interactions and represent the brand professionally.

Solid administrative assistance skills, including record keeping, scheduling, and basic documentation management.

Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple recruitment activities simultaneously.

Comfort using email, office productivity tools, and recruitment or job-posting platforms.

Prior experience in recruitment, HR support, or salon/retail staffing is an advantage.

Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
