Role Description The Recruiting Intern at Tred+ will support the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles within the organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate candidate records.

The intern will assist in organizing hiring events, support interview logistics, and help onboard selected candidates. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad,



where the intern will collaborate closely with hiring managers and the HR team. The position offers exposure to modern recruitment practices in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Recruiting and Hiring for entry-level and experienced roles.
- Candidates should possess strong Interviewing and Communication skills for interactions with applicants and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Training and onboarding support for current team members.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and interest in talent acquisition or human resources.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with common office tools and comfort using recruitment or applicant tracking systems is an advantage.
