Hiring for Recruiter Bulk Hiring role with experience in Non-IT / BPO hiring. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates from Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals
- Conduct telephonic screening
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Maintain candidate pipeline & trackers
- Handle bulk hiring requirements
- Coordinate with vendors and support hiring drives
- Minimum 1+ year experience in bulk / non-IT hiring
- Experience in BPO hiring (Voice/Non-Voice) preferred
- Valuable communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & recruitment tools
