Roles and Responsibilities

- Source top talent for real estate clients through headhunting, interviewing, and screening processes.
- Conduct IT recruitment and sourcing activities to meet client requirements.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication during the recruitment process.
- Utilize various sources such as social media, job boards, and professional networks to find qualified candidates.

- 2-7 years of experience in real estate hiring or related field (head hunting).
- Excellent sourcing skills including social media outreach and networking.
