Job Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Telecallers, Telesales Executives, Team Leaders, and Managers.

- Manage bulk hiring through job portals, social media, referrals, and other sourcing channels.

- Screen candidates, conduct telephonic interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.

- Ensure timely closure of positions and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

- Follow up with selected candidates until onboarding.

Requirements

- Experience in bulk hiring, preferably for Telesales, Telecalling, BFSI, DSA, or Sales roles.

- Good communication, sourcing, and coordination skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- Familiarity with Naukri, WorkIndia, and other job portals is preferred.
