We have an exciting prospect for a US Recruiter to join our growing recruitment department.

Job Role

- Identify, attract, and engage potential candidates.
- Develop, create, and post technical job descriptions.
- Source candidates using a variety of job portals and networks.
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities.
- Create and share personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.
- Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work.
- Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements.
- Keep up to date with new technological trends and products.
- Work as an integral member of the team, motivating one another and communicating effectively at all levels.

Required Skills and experience To be a successful Technical Recruiter;

- You will be confident in communicating with professional organizations over the phone,



email and face to face.
- You will be self-motivated, driven and passionate to succeed within your career, maintaining positivity and drive throughout.
- You will have 3+ years of experience as a technical recruiter.
- Bachelors IT or relevant degree.
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured).
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
- Good knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
- Knowledge with tax terms W2, 1099 & Corp to Corp.
- Experience on VMS & ATS.
- Clear understanding of Visa processes.
- Strong desire to build relationships with clients & candidates.
- Hard working and willing to learn.
