This role offers hands-on experience in end-to-end technical recruitment, providing an opportunity to learn and contribute to hiring top technology talent for our organization. Key Responsibilities:
Source and identify candidates for technical roles such as Software Developers, QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers, and other IT positions.
Screen resumes based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification calls.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical interview panels.
Maintain candidate records, recruitment trackers, and hiring databases.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Assist in scheduling interviews and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Learn and adhere to internal recruitment processes, policies, and hiring standards.
