Role Description The Recovery Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bellary. The role involves managing overdue accounts, following up with customers through calls and visits, and implementing recovery strategies in line with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

The Recovery

Officer will negotiate repayment plans, maintain accurate records of interactions and collections, and escalate complex cases when necessary. The role includes coordinating with branch and finance teams, preparing periodic recovery reports, and promoting positive customer relationships while safeguarding company assets.





Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service capabilities to communicate clearly, build rapport, and handle sensitive conversations professionally.

Candidates should possess Debt Collection experience and familiarity with recovery processes, including negotiation of payment arrangements and adherence to compliance requirements.

Candidates should possess Analytical Skills and knowledge of Finance to understand account statements, assess risk, and interpret recovery data and performance metrics.

Relevant experience in financial services, banking, or non-banking financial companies (NBFCs) is beneficial.

Minimum educational qualification of a higher secondary certificate; a diploma or bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, or a related field is an advantage.

Ability to work in office in Bellary, manage field visits, and use basic computer applications for documentation and reporting.

Demonstrated integrity, resilience under pressure, and willingness to follow organizational policies and regulatory guidelines.
